恶性黑色素瘤
一种恶性程度很高的肿瘤。常发生于颈后、足底、手掌、外阴、肛门等易受摩擦处的皮肤，口腔、鼻腔、眼结膜、直肠、阴道等处的粘膜亦可发生。易发生淋巴和血流转移，不宜部分切取活检，而应在一次手术中完成冰冻切片检查及根治性手术。很多恶性黑色素瘤都起源于先前存在的黑痣。故切除易受摩擦损伤的黑痣，可预防本病。
