继发孔型房间隔缺损
ostium secundum atrial septal defect
又称“第Ⅱ孔型房间隔缺损”、“卵圆孔型房间隔缺损”。胚胎发育过程中，原发房间隔的上部退化、吸收过多，或继发房间隔的下缘生长障碍，使二者不能接触而形成缺损。根据缺损部位可分为卵圆孔型、下腔型、上腔型及混合型。本病常并发部分肺静脉异位引流及二尖瓣脱垂等心内畸形。轻者可无明显症状。多数患者有劳累后心悸、气促、呼吸道感染及右心衰竭等症状。胸骨左缘第2、3肋间能听到Ⅱ～Ⅳ级吹风样收缩期杂音。超声心动图可查出缺损大小、部位及有无并发畸形。诊断明确后，宜早期行修补手术。手术死亡率为1%～2%，手术效果满意。
