Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with reduction and internal fixation of RF-Ⅱ pedicle screw spinal system and spinal canal decompression and bone graft fusion between vertebra.

结论椎弓根螺钉系统技术简单,操作方便,创伤较前路小,椎管减压效果仍理想,脊柱融合率较高,神经功能恢复满意,是一种较好的治疗胸腰爆裂骨折的方法。

该综合征为常染色体显性遗传。表现：出生后生长不良，肢体短，至2岁最明显，成人时身高82～130cm。步态蹒跚。干骺端不规则，蘑菇状。骨骺小，不规则，尤其股骨头骺。骨干短，弓形，以下肢为著。椎骨不同程度扁平，前方舌形，椎根短，腰椎前挺，后凸，侧弯。肋骨有匙状倾向。除肘以外，其他大关节过度活动。智力正常。出生后外观正常，即能区别于真正的软骨发育不全。
