包衣.┌─┬─┐│厉│困│├─┴─┤│军 │└───┘旋转式种子包衣机简图种。 旋转式种子包衣机由旋转的包衣堆、液体喷射装置、传动和动力等部分组成(图)。工作时，种子放人包衣皓内，分阶段反复投人包衣剂粉料和喷射粘结剂水溶液，包衣峨旋转时，种子随雌旋转到一定高度后，在重力浪体嘴射镜t作用下落到旅的下部，而后又被回转的包衣堆带起。这样，种子周而复始地在包衣幼内不断滚动，逐渐被包衣剂包裹，成为包衣种子。包衣堆的型式较多，其工作参数也不同，一般包衣雄的转轴与水平面倾斜15。一45。角，旋转速度为25一40转/分，有的机型这两种参数可根据需要进行调节。 旋转式种子包衣机结构简单，通用性较好，可用于魏菜、甜菜、牧草、谷物等种子的包衣。目前各国采用的包衣机多属此类。包衣过程中种子在雄内多次滚动，包衣层逐次紧密，使外层包衣强度较高。但由于种子被喷上枯结剂水溶液，种子间容易相互枯附，使种子转动不均匀，影响包衣种子的单粒率，这对于形状不规则的小粒种子影响尤为显著。 从浮式种子包衣机由包衣筒、液体喷射装t、喂料装t和送风装里等部分组成。工作时，种子由包衣筒上部喂人，借助高压气流的作用，种子呈悬浮状态，并在包衣筒内上下循环运动。与此同时，喷人粘结剂和加人粉料，使种子表面粘附粉料。由于种子持续循环运动，相互摩擦挤压，在其表面上形成具有一定强度的包衣层。该机型对种子包衣效率高，处理每批种子所需时间短。在包衣过程中，由于气流使种子处于悬浮状态，因而包衣种子的单粒率较高。但种子间相互接触压力小，所以种子包衣强度较差。此外，使用中风量较难控制，如调节不当，会产生包衣脱落或形成无种子的包衣粒，其整机结构也较复杂。 中国结合旋转式和双浮式两种种子包衣机原理研制成的蔬菜种子包衣机，在旋转包衣嫩进行包衣的同时，从包衣雌内的风管中吹出高压空气，使流经风口的种子呈悬浮状态，避免种子互相粘结，可防止产生多粒种子被包衣剂裹在一起的包衣粒。种子包衣完成后，可增大气流速度，对包衣种子进行干操。(吕秋瑾)种子包衣机(seed。oating maehine)将精选过的种子外表面裹上包衣剂的机器。经过包衣处理的种子，其大小和形状一致，利于机械摇种，提高播种精度，可以减少播t和间苗工作t。
