no叩zua叭叼zhongzi biaozhun农作物种子标准(s加Lnd别心5 foragricultulal义司)为了保证农业生产用种子质量，规范种子生产、检测、贮藏、包装以及销售行为，从1983年开始制定种子系列标准。其后，根据市场经济发展以及国内外贸易的需求，从1989年开始参照国际标准和国外先进标准，陆续对有关标准进行修订。新发布的有:《农作物种子检验规程》(GBIT 3543 .1一3543 .7一1卯5)、《粮食作物种子》(GB4朝又.1一4《抖.5)、(经济作物种子》(GB今幻7.1一今(7.2一l，尧)、《瓜菜作物种子》(GB16715 .1一l%场)、《农作物种子生产技术操作规程》(GB/T17314一1731，一1卯8)。此外，还有部分蔬菜作物种子及种子贮藏、包装、运输标准正在制定修订中。其中，《农作物种子生产技术操作规程》规定了适用范围、生产程序和技术操作规范;农作物种子检验规程采用了国际种子检验规程，规定了适用范围、抽样程序、检测项目的程序，检测墓本要求和结果报告;农作物种子质t标准中的原种纯度指标采用了国际标准，其余几项指标(净度、发芽率、水分等)与国外先进标准也有可比性，规定了适用范围、质量要求(指标)、检验规则等;《农作物种子贮藏、包装、运输》规定了贮藏条件、包装材料、包装大小等等。以上标准的配套实施，使种子生产、经营的各个环节有章可循，从而有助于实现种子质t标准化，保证农业生产的增产高效。(张淑敏)
