In 2006 the study about periodicals of humanities and social science,based on the previous studying achievements is conducted with broader angle of view,and its researching depth as well as scope is also expanded.

This paper takes impact factor,5-year impact factor and eigenfactor as the original evaluation indicators for the evaluation on humanities and social science journals,analyzes the indicators by using factor analysis method,and considers the impact of these three indicators on journal ranking according to internal data structure to achieve a quantitative evaluation on journals.

The phenomenon of most humanity periodicals of our country is as follows: the same quality melt is grave;periodical allocation is inaccurate;repeat low level phenomenon exists in many articles.
