Through an analysis of the psychological and social factors causing university graduates vocational selection anxiety,such as pressure of employment competition,absence of employment support,lack of self-confidence and worry about career prospect,etc.
笔者分析了造成当前高校毕业生择业焦虑的心理和社会因素,包括就业竞争压力、缺乏就业支持、自信心不足、对就业前景担忧等,探讨了帮助毕业生克服择业焦虑的教育对策,并对团体心理辅导帮助毕业生克服择业焦虑的心理教育机制进行了分析。

结果显示(1)自编高职大学生焦虑量表具有7个因子:学业焦虑、关系焦虑、就业焦虑、生存焦虑、经济焦虑、社会支持焦虑、恋爱焦虑。

This study shows that there were seven factors of anxiety,namely learning anxiety,relation anxiety,job anxiety etc and the Anxiety Inventory for higher VTE school students was tested to be reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure students\' anxiety.
