A series of double metal cyanide(DMC) complex catalysts were prepared through two different methods by us-ing β-cyclodextrin, PEG-1000 or Tween-60 as an additional complex ligand respectively, and the effects of different kinds of ad-ditives and preparation methods on the appearance, particle diameters, crystal constitution and activity of DMC catalysts were al-so studied.

UV curable low viscosity epoxy acrylate was prepared at the presence of a hybrid additive system,which was composed of new catalyst and new inhibitor.
