参花炖瘦肉
原 料：
党参10克、北芪20克、瘦肉200克、紫河车粉5克、生姜5克、葱10克、盐8克、味精2克、白糖1克、绍酒2克。
做 法：
1.党参切成段洗净，北芪洗净，瘦肉切成大块，生姜去皮切片，葱切段。
2.烧锅下水，待水开时，投入瘦肉块，用中火煮去血水，捞起冲透。
3.在炖盅内加入瘦肉块、党参、北芪，投入紫河车粉、生姜片、葱段，调入盐、味精、白糖、绍酒、注入清汤，加盖入蒸锅炖2小时，去掉姜、葱即可。
特 点：
此菜富含丰富的维生素b6、b2，能使黄体细胞增大，刺激乳房发育，常食此菜能使乳房发育不良的女性增加体内雌性激素，又丰胸美肤的作用。
