胸导管
thoracic duct
又称“左淋巴导管”,系全身最长、最粗的淋巴导管。此导管长30~40cm,收集两下肢、盆腔、腹壁及其内脏、左肺、左半心、左半胸壁、左上肢、左半头部的淋巴。胸导管下端起于梭形膨大的乳糜池,上行经主动脉裂孔入胸腔,在裂孔处与膈的内侧脚相连,因此呼吸时膈角的收缩可促进淋巴的流动。胸导管在胸腔内位于后纵隔食管后面,胸主动脉和奇静脉之间,沿脊柱前面上升,到第4、5胸椎处移向左侧,越过主动脉弓后面向上,在第7颈椎处弯成凸侧向上的弓形,然后入左颈内静脉或左静脉角,其末端又有3个淋巴干注入。
