【Objective】 To study the changes of serum leptin concentration in infants with congenital hypothyroidism(CH) before and after replacement therapy with L-thyroxine(L-T_4),and its relation to pituitary thyroid axis(PTA).

In this thesis the nonlinear dynamical model for the Hypothalamo-pituitary-thyroid axis hormone secretion is revised and analyzized with Maplesoft simulated system.
