In this thesis the nonlinear dynamical model for the Hypothalamo-pituitary-thyroid axis hormone secretion is revised and analyzized with Maplesoft simulated system.
本文采用Maple平台进行计算,对现有的下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺轴激素分泌的非线性动力学模型进行了改进和分析,用变步长四阶龙格-库塔法求解模型方程组,得到了系统的周期振荡解、混沌解、倍周期相图,计算了激素的基础值、产生率和清除率以及半衰期等结果。

青春期下丘脑-垂体-性腺反馈系统
婴幼儿期无论男孩、女孩都分泌同等少量的性腺激素，这少量的性腺激素对下丘脑起反馈作用，抑制着下丘脑促性腺释放因子的分泌量。目前认为青春期的开始是由于下丘脑细胞对性腺激素的敏感性降低，循环中的少量性腺激素失去了对下丘脑的抑制作用，以致于下丘脑促性腺激素释放因子分泌量增加。垂体前叶接受下丘脑的信息后促性腺激素分泌增加。卵巢或睾丸在促性腺激素的作用下，除发生形态上的增长外，所分泌的性激素水平也相应提高。在提高了的性腺激素水平基础上，对下丘脑起反馈作用，重新调整下丘脑-垂体-性腺反馈系统的水平。
