性质:自猪甲状腺提取而得的一种糖蛋白。分子内富含酪氨酸。每分子含5个酪氨酸残基,其中大约20个酪氨酸残基被碘化成一碘酪氨酸和二碘酪氨酸。类白色冷冻干燥粉末。分子量660 000(猪)。溶于水。在体内溶酶体蛋白酶的作用下,该球蛋白被水解,产生甲状腺素。用于生化研究。
