性质描述: 浅黄色油状液体。熔点5-6℃,沸点102℃(1.33×10-3kPa),相对密度1.176(20/4℃),折光率1.5405。在下列溶剂中的溶解度(20℃,g/kg):水0.007,二氯甲烷500,异丙醇600。在中性及酸性介质中稳定,在碱性介质中易分解

生产方法: 用工业乙醇与亚硝酸钠;浓盐酸反应制得亚硝酸乙酯,再与苯乙腈反应制成2-氰基苯甲肟钠,然后与三氯硫磷和乙醇反应制得的乙基氯化物合成辛硫磷原油。将乙醇和亚硝酸钠混合,于20-40℃滴加盐酸制得亚硝酸乙酯。将其通过文氏管进入肟化釜,与釜内的苯乙腈;氢氧化钠的乙醇溶液反应,生成2-氰基苯甲肟钠。将其配制成25%水溶液,于室温下滴入乙基氯化物中。滴加后再加入三乙胺搅拌30min,升温至40-50℃继续反应1.5h。经水洗;分离;干燥而得辛硫磷原油。原料消耗定额:亚硝酸钠(95%)400kg/t;乙醇(95%)200kg/t;苯乙腈(96%)500kg/t;液碱(30%)680kg/t;盐酸(30%)680kg/t;氯化物(90%)750kg/t。

用途: 辛硫磷是主要用于防治地下害虫的有机磷杀虫剂,适县城于花生;小麦;水稻;棉花;玉米等作物的害虫防治,也用于防治果树;蔬菜;桑;茶等害虫。对防治蛴螬;蝼蛄;金针虫等有良好效果。
