由外伤、肿瘤、炎症等所致的脊髓半侧损伤。损伤节段以下同侧深感觉(位置、运动觉)缺失;浅感觉(痛、温觉)正常,肢体瘫痪;对侧仅有浅感觉缺失,肢体活动和深感觉正常。无大小便功能障碍。
