主要原料： 净老土鸭2500克
附助材料： 枸杞、冬瓜、萝卜、海带,盐5克，胡椒粉3克，黄酒2克，葱白5克，姜片2.5克，味精1克
制作方法： 1、将鸭宰杀治净，切成3厘米宽，5厘米长的块，去掉污染，姜切片备用。 2、锅置旺火上，下猪油炒5分钟至金黄色，香气扑鼻时，加料酒。 3、砂罐至微火上，一次放卟清水35000克，清炖3小时后，加味精即成。
味型特点： 咸鲜味,清虚劳热，补血，养胃生津。
