(1)黄豆芽 2斤
(2)蒜末 3大匙
新鲜红辣椒 4支
韭菜 1把(小)
葱 3支
(1)盐 2大匙
(2)香油 2大匙
糖 1大匙
麻油 1/3大匙
[制作流程]
(1)将黄豆芽洗净后彻底沥干,加入盐拌匀后腌约12小时,再将盐水洗净沥干备用。
(2)将材料(2)洗净沥干,韭菜、葱切段,红辣椒切片备用。
(3)将调味料(2)与材料(2)拌匀后,拌入黄豆芽中搅拌均匀,即可置于容器中冷藏腌1天以上待入味即可食用,约可保存3天。
