肺内病变穿刺活检


介入放射学技术。经透视、CT等方法导向,经皮穿刺肺内病变,获取细胞学和/或组织学标本的介入放射学技术。主用于肺内病变的鉴别诊断。经皮穿刺技术可用于肺内、胸腔及部分纵隔病变的诊断,主要并发症为气胸和血痰。气胸多为少量,可自行吸收,少数病例可因穿刺中剧咳或操作不当发生大量或活瓣气胸。近年来采用的针道粘堵技术可防止部分气胸的发生。血痰大多为一过性,误穿透较大血管者可较严重,需作对症治疗。
