Objective:Rat glomerular mesangial cells(MC) induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)were treated with Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) of different concentrations.
目的:通过不同浓度的三七总甙对OX-LDL诱导的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞进行干预,检测系膜细胞TGF-β1与MCP-1表达的变化,并观察三七总甙对系膜细胞NF-κB核转位的影响,进而探讨三七对脂质性肾损伤细胞模型可能的保护效应及作用机制。
