使荧光标记的抗体与抗原标本结合，形成抗原抗体复合物，在荧光显微镜下观察即为荧光抗体试验，有直接法与间接法。间接法即间接荧光抗体试验，是用荧光标记的非特异的抗免疫球蛋白抗体(抗抗体）可测多种抗原，其灵敏性较直接法为高，但易产生非特异性反应。
