Methods:60 functional dyspeptic patients with functional dyspepsia,who were proved as delayed gastric emptying by means of ~(13)C-octanoicacid breath test,were randomly divided into 2 groups.

| 病毒性胃肠炎 viral gastroenteritis 因某些病毒引起的腹泻综合征。主要病毒为轮状病毒和诺沃克组病毒 ，其余如肠道腺病毒 、星状病毒、冠状病毒、杯状病毒、微小呼吸道孤儿病毒、微小轮状病毒、小球形病毒和某些型别的肠道病毒等亦可引起。轮状病毒中又可分为婴幼儿轮状病毒（属A组轮状病毒）及成人轮状病毒（属B组轮状病毒）两种。前者主要在婴幼儿中流行，是儿童中发病率和病死率最高的疾病之一，分布广泛，遍及温带和热带各国，尤以发展中国家为甚。以秋冬季为多；后者主要在21～40岁人群中流行，季节性不太严格，北方常见于冬季，南方常见于初夏。诺沃克组病毒感染广泛分布于世界各地。病毒性胃肠炎的临床表现相似，以腹泻为主，伴呕吐和发热，重者可脱水 、 酸中毒和电解质紊乱，甚至死亡。主要通过粪 - 口传播，因此预防的重点是搞好水、粪管理、饮食卫生和个人卫生。疫苗正在研究中。治疗主要是对症治疗。 |
