菲律宾军官学校是菲律宾军队的一所综合性军事学校。该校创建于1905年，起初主要用于训练陆军军官，后来曾几次更名和变换校址，成为一所各军种综合性军事学校。学校主要为各军种培养所需要的领导人才。学制分4年和5年两种。学校的学员选拔比较严格。有一年，报考该校者有3800余人，仅录取330名，而到毕业时又有50%的学员被淘汰。毕业学员将得到军校授予的学位和文凭，分配到部队，加入到军官行列中。在菲律宾，从军是荣耀的职业，作为一名军官在部队至少要服役8年，最多可干30年，退休年龄是55岁。
