On the basis of their physicochemical and spectroscopic data,they were identified as tutin,coriatin,corianin and vanillin.
用来自秦岭的马桑籽,经乙醇回流提取,通过硅胶柱、高效液相制备柱分离得到3个内酯类和一个芳香类化合物,根据光谱数据鉴定其结构分别为羟基马桑毒素(tutinⅠ)、马桑亭(coriatinⅡ)、马桑宁(corianinⅢ)和香草醛(vanillinⅣ)。
