补充资料：马桑蚕(coriaria sinica silkworm)
| 马桑蚕(coriaria sinica silkworm) 蓖麻蚕的别称。1965年湖南省土家族、苗族自治州蚕业试验站用野生马桑叶为饲料试养成功，故称为马桑蚕。用马桑叶饲养比用蓖麻叶饲养蓖麻蚕，蚕的发育慢，全龄要长2-4天，但蚕层重相同，可达0.34-0.42g。中国湖南、湖北、贵州、四川、广西、甘肃、陕西等省区的部分地区，都饲养过马桑蚕。1967年湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州饲养马桑蚕，用蚕种量达7万多盒，当年生产鲜茧500多吨，已育成753和7672两个马桑蚕品种。 |
