【性状】
本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品的细粉适量（约相当于烟酸0.25g ）加水100ml 溶解后，滤 过；取滤液20ml，照烟酸项下的鉴别(2) 项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取上述滤液适量，加水制成每1ml 中含烟酸20μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附 录Ⅳ A）测定，在262nm 的波长处有最大吸收。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于烟酸0.2g ），加新沸过的冷水50ml，置水浴上加热，并时时振摇使烟酸溶解后，放冷至室温，加 酚酞指示液3 滴，用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定。每1ml氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L) 相当于12.31mg的C6H5NO2 。
