用量用法： 肌注：重症５０～１００Ｕ／次，轻症１０～２０Ｕ／次，１～２次／日，连用５～６日，间隔１～２周后可再行用药。一般应同时静注１０％葡萄糖酸钙液５～２０ｍｌ，以求速效。反复给药，应经常检查血钙，其量超过３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（１２ｍｇ％）时，即应停药。
注意事项： 长期用药可使疗效降低。
