胆道外引流

MethodThe study was carried out from 78 cases of biliary tract outside drainage skill hospitalization patients of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital surgical department between the November 2007 and March 2008,and randomized controlled method was adopted in this study.
胆道外引流术应用于胆道梗阻,目的在于解除胆道梗阻、通畅引流,减轻黄疸,防止胆道感染,并对胆管起到减压、支撑的作用。
补充资料：胆道出血
胆道出血
由于肝损伤、肝内血管瘤破裂以及肝外胆道系统(如出血性胆囊炎、结石和癌）引起的出血。其临床特点为出血前伴有突然发生的右上腹剧烈绞痛、寒战、高热，继而出现呕血及黑便。检查时可发现病人有轻度黄疸，右上腹可有肌紧张及压痛，有时可触及肿大的胆囊，很易被误诊为急性胆囊炎。但由于出血后疼痛常缓解，胆囊处肿块消失。经一般治疗后出血可渐止，体温往往在一周内降至正常。但经1～2周后，可再次发作。治疗参见"上消化道出血"。
