Objective:The purpose of our study is to define the clinical features of porokeratosis,with particular emphasis on genital porokeratosis and to study potential etiology;to detect the gene mutation of SSH1 and ARPC3 gene in patients with sporadic DSAP and to identify the gene expressing profile of porokeratosis.
【目的】从临床、遗传分子学、生物信息学角度探讨汗孔角化病的发病机理:首先研究汗孔角化病的临床特征,尤其是外生殖器部位汗孔角化病的临床表现,加深对本病的认识,了解分析汗孔角化病可能的发病机理;其次了解散发性播散性浅表性光化型汗孔角化病(DSAP)的SSH1、ARPC3基因突变情况,探讨散发性DSAP的发病机理;最后比较分析汗孔角化病皮损组织和邻近外观正常皮肤组织中基因的差异表达,初步探讨差异表达基因在汗孔角化病皮损形成中的意义。
