Objective:The purpose of our study is to define the clinical features of porokeratosis,with particular emphasis on genital porokeratosis and to study potential etiology;to detect the gene mutation of SSH1 and ARPC3 gene in patients with sporadic DSAP and to identify the gene expressing profile of porokeratosis.
【目的】从临床、遗传分子学、生物信息学角度探讨汗孔角化病的发病机理:首先研究汗孔角化病的临床特征,尤其是外生殖器部位汗孔角化病的临床表现,加深对本病的认识,了解分析汗孔角化病可能的发病机理;其次了解散发性播散性浅表性光化型汗孔角化病(DSAP)的SSH1、ARPC3基因突变情况,探讨散发性DSAP的发病机理;最后比较分析汗孔角化病皮损组织和邻近外观正常皮肤组织中基因的差异表达,初步探讨差异表达基因在汗孔角化病皮损形成中的意义。

| 角化性皮肤病 keratoderma 以皮肤角化过度为主的皮肤病。遗传性的有鱼鳞病、鳞状毛囊角化、毛囊角化病、毛发性苔藓（又称毛周角化病)、对称性进行性红斑角化症、掌跖角化症、汗孔角化症等。后天性的有毛发红糠疹、蟾皮症（ 维生素A缺乏）、黑棘皮病等等。这类疾病应用维生素A或维甲酸均有疗效，但易再发。局部应用10％尿素软膏、维甲酸霜等有一定效果。 |
