钛硅胶夹
是一种用于输卵管绝育术的夹子,它的结构外层呈金属钛制成,长12mm,宽4mm,重0.32g,详见附图。其内敷一层硅橡胶垫夹的“上颌”在未夹紧前可随意开合以利选择最佳位置,通过特制的上夹器,将夹子紧紧夹在输卵管峡部,使输卵管管腔阻断,但不致将输卵管肌壁切断,且不易滑脱,它可适用于各种生理情况下不同粗细的输卵管,因而比单纯金属输卵管夹效果更好。其他优点同银夹。此绝育夹可用于腹部小切口绝育术,也可通过腹腔镜进行。但所用上夹器不同。
