钛硅胶夹
是一种用于输卵管绝育术的夹子，它的结构外层呈金属钛制成，长12mm，宽4mm，重0.32g，详见附图。其内敷一层硅橡胶垫夹的“上颌”在未夹紧前可随意开合以利选择最佳位置，通过特制的上夹器，将夹子紧紧夹在输卵管峡部，使输卵管管腔阻断，但不致将输卵管肌壁切断，且不易滑脱，它可适用于各种生理情况下不同粗细的输卵管，因而比单纯金属输卵管夹效果更好。其他优点同银夹。此绝育夹可用于腹部小切口绝育术，也可通过腹腔镜进行。但所用上夹器不同。
