子宫内膜高分化腺癌
这种高分化的子宫内膜癌瘤，其腺状结构明显，管状腺体增生，排列拥挤、紊乱，腺体间没有间质相隔，只有极少量纤维组织，导致腺体呈背靠背现象，有时两个腺体的上皮细胞互相融合，基膜消失，形成共壁。腺上皮呈假复层或复层，向腺腔或肿瘤表面呈乳头状生长。细胞大小形态各异，胞质多少不定，核大，不规则，多形性，多核仁，有分裂相。此瘤的诊断依据诊断性刮宫疗理检查，治疗见子宫内膜癌的治疗。
