BACKGROUND&AIM: To detect the germline mutations in E-Cadherin gene(CDH1)and to investigate their possible role in familial gastric cancer.
背景与目的:检测E_Cadherin(CDH1)基因在家族性胃癌中的突变情况以探讨CDH1基因胚系突变在家族性胃癌中的作用。

Objective:(1) To study the clinicopathological characteristics and provide evidence for clinical management or health counseling to the patients of familial gastric cancer as well as the familial members.
目的:(1)研究家族性胃癌的临床病理特点,为家族性胃癌患者及其家族成员的临床处理和健康指导提供依据。

Conclusion:Familial gastric cancer has particular clinical and pathological features:early onset;poor prognosis;patients suffer simultaneous or metachronous carcinoma;CDH1 germline mutation carriers have higher penetrance; pathologically,tumors are mostly diffuse infiltrative type with lower differentiated degree and earlier metastasis to lymphnodes.
目的:探讨家族性胃癌的临床及病理特征,以利于该疾病的早期发现、早期治疗。

Objective By the research of BRCA1 and FANCD2 in breast cancer s expression, detect the expression of BRCA1 in breast cancer to find if the expression of BRCA1 in familial breast cancer is higher than sporadic ones and to detect the expression of FANCD2 in breast cancer to find if the expression of FANCD2 in sporadic breast cancer is higher than familial ones.
目的 通过对于BRCA1和FANCD2于乳腺癌中的表达的研究,以了解家族性乳腺癌中BRCA1的表达是否高于散发性乳腺癌,散发性乳腺癌中FANCD2的表达是否高于家族性乳腺癌,分析BRCA1和FANCD2在家族性和散发性乳腺癌中的表达有什么关系,已明确家族性乳腺癌是否通过FA/BRCA损伤修复通路起作用,两者的表达对于乳腺癌特别是家族性乳腺癌有什么意义。
