性质:白色结晶或结晶性粉末。熔点176-178℃,相对密度1.76(30/4℃)。溶于水,水溶液放置2个月后有80%的内酯转化为葡萄糖醛酸。加热至100℃时,在2h内即有60%的酯和40%的酸达成平衡状态。略溶于甲醇,微溶于乙醇。见光色变深。无臭,味微苦。

制备方法:由葡萄糖醛酸(见前条)内酯化制得:淀粉用硝酸氧化再经水解得到的葡萄糖醛酸浓缩液,与冰醋酸混合,于60-65℃(5.32-14.6kPa)减压内酯化,同时回收乙酸,反就物冷却放置6-8d,即结晶出葡萄糖醛酸内酯。用乙醇水溶解液重结晶,尖性炭脱色精制即得成品。

用途:该品为解毒剂。能与肝内和肠内的毒物结合成无毒的葡萄糖醛酸结合物,并排出体外,有保肝和解毒作用。用于肝炎、肝硬化、食物或药物中毒。
