芥子 芥子 拼音名：Jiezi 英文名：SEMEN SINAPIS 书页号：2000年版一部-127 本品为十字花科植物白芥Sinapis alba L. 或芥Brassica juncea(L.) Czern. et Coss.的干燥成熟种子。前者习称“白芥子”,后者习称“黄芥子”。夏末秋初果实成熟 时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质。
【性状】
白芥子 呈球形，直径1.5～2.5mm。表面灰白色至淡黄色。具细微的网 纹，有明显的点状种脐。种皮薄而脆，破开后内有白色折叠的子叶，有油性。无臭，味 辛辣。 黄芥子 较小，直径1～2mm。表面黄色至棕黄色，少数呈暗红棕色。研碎后加水浸 湿，则产生辛烈的特异臭气。
【鉴别】
本品横切面：白芥子 种皮表皮为黏液细胞，有黏液质纹理；下皮为2 列厚角细胞；栅状细胞1 列，内壁及侧壁增厚，外壁菲薄。内胚乳为1 列类方形细胞， 含糊粉粒。子叶及胚根薄壁细胞含脂肪油滴和糊粉粒。 黄芥子 种皮表皮细胞切向延长；下皮为1 列菲薄的细胞。
【炮制】
芥子 除去杂质。用时捣碎。 炒芥子 取净芥子，照清炒法（附录Ⅱ D）炒至深黄色有香辣气。用时捣碎。
【性味与归经】
辛，温。归肺经。
【功能与主治】
温肺豁痰利气，散结通络止痛。用于寒痰喘咳，胸胁胀痛，痰滞 经络，关节麻木、疼痛，痰湿流注，阴疽肿毒。
【用法与用量】
3～9g。外用适量。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处，防潮。
