right ventricular hypertrophy
多由肺源性心脏病、二尖瓣狭窄、先天性心脏病等引起。临床检查心浊音界向两侧扩大,心腰部膨出。心电图示V1导联R/S≥1,RV1+SV5>1.05mV,电轴右偏等。X线可见肺动脉段膨隆,心脏横径增大,心尖位于横膈之上等。超声心动图可见右室内径增大等。
