Methods: We treated 60 cases of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur,33 cases were treated by dynamic hip screw combined with screws and 27 cases by PFN,all the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative datas of the 2 groups were observed and analyzed statistically.
方法:随机选取60例高龄患者股骨转子间A2型骨折,给予动力髋螺钉(DHS)加子钉内固定术33例和股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)内固定术27例,记录两组患者术前、术中、术后的多项相关指标并予以统计学分析。
