Methods 229 cases with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with the following four kinds of fixations respectively:135° angled blade plates,dynamic hip screws(DHS),Gamma nails,modified proximal femoral intramedullary nails(PFNA).
方法采用135°角钢板、动力髋螺钉(DHS)、Gamma钉及改良股骨近端加锁髓内钉(PFNA)4种内固定方式治疗229例股骨转子间骨折患者,从骨折临床愈合时间、术后髋关节功能恢复程度、术后并发症等方面对比分析各组的临床疗效。

Methods: We treated 60 cases of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur,33 cases were treated by dynamic hip screw combined with screws and 27 cases by PFN,all the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative datas of the 2 groups were observed and analyzed statistically.
方法:随机选取60例高龄患者股骨转子间A2型骨折,给予动力髋螺钉(DHS)加子钉内固定术33例和股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)内固定术27例,记录两组患者术前、术中、术后的多项相关指标并予以统计学分析。
