Objective:To explore the method of distilling protein from bone and observe the difference of contents and sorts between poroma and bone,and establish the base for following investigation to differential protein expression.
方法:建立兔桡骨骨折模型,以对侧肢体相应部位健康骨组织为对照,分别提取骨折愈合过程中不同时间点(4w、6w、8w、12w)骨痂及对侧肢体相应部位骨组织的蛋白,用Bradford法检测各组蛋白提取液的浓度,并用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺(SDS-PAGE)凝胶电泳获取蛋白质图谱,寻找差异蛋白条带并粗略估计分子量。
