手术名。治疗阴茎异常勃起手术之一。腰麻或骶管麻醉下，经阴茎根部背侧正中做切口，选择阴茎背浅或深静脉，静脉远端结扎，近端剪成斜面，切开并冲洗一侧阴茎海绵体后，用6-0尼龙线吻合静脉与海绵体。
