By absorbing key operation of environment protection and operation data based on successful transmitter checking technology,real-time online monitoring is successful in monitoring the operation of environment protection equipments,whic provide effective management basis of praise and punishment,statistics and decision-making for monitoring department for environment protection.

Adopting the approach with the combination of global planning and local planning, an online real-time path planning technique based on polar coordinates is proposed for mobile robots in which the expectation direction angle is taken into consideration as an optimization index.
