原料：
韭菜150克，大葱150克
辅料：
生姜片适量、盐1/2小匙、糖1/4小匙、料酒1小匙、香油少许
做法：
1、将韭菜和大葱洗净后切段。
2、起油锅爆香生姜片，加入盐调味后，再将韭菜和大葱放入锅拌炒。
3、加入料酒、糖拌炒调味，起锅前滴少许香油即可。
tips：
1.韭菜较易上火，体质燥热或患有胃病者，应避免多食。
2.韭菜忌与牛肉一起食用，否则容易使气血不顺。
