[Method]Neck of six embalmed adult cadavers were made serial sectional specimens,which was observed to identify the border,composition and anatomic relation of fat layer between the superficial and deep layer of cervical fascia in the posterior triangle of neck with the brachial plexus.

After three month observation,the model was successful if not autotherapy,then make an operation of ventrofixation of fascia of rectus abdominis muscle and part of cervix was made and observed for four months again.
方法选择成年雌性家兔,制作阴道壁膨出模型,术后观察3个月,阴道壁膨出不自愈为模型制作成功,然后行腹直肌筋膜部分宫颈悬吊术,观察疗效4个月。

宫颈管内膜炎
病变局限于子宫颈管黏膜及黏膜下组织。宫颈阴道部上皮表面光滑、宫颈口可有脓性分泌物堵塞，由于宫颈黏膜充血增生，可使子宫颈肥大，达到正常的2～3倍，质硬。是慢性宫颈炎的一种。治疗可采用物理疗法(包括电熨、冷冻、激光、微波、波姆灯、红外线凝结法)，药物治疗(阴道冲洗，局部上药)，免疫治疗等。
