宫颈恶性黑色素瘤
较少见。发病年龄26～74岁，主要表现为阴道出血或分泌物增多。宫颈病变部位呈红褐色或蓝黑色，呈外生型生长或有溃疡，常累及阴道穹隆。有时以转移为首发症状。宫颈涂片可找到黑色素细胞。病理检查可确诊。以手术治疗为主，不宜手术者可行放疗，中晚期患者可加用化疗或免疫疗法。
