Objective To evaluate the performance of dynamic contour tonometry(DCT)(Swiss Microtechnology AG) before and after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) by comparing it to Goldmann applanation tonometry(GAT).
目的通过与Goldmann眼压计(goldmann appla-nation tonometer,GAT)的比较,评价轮廓动态眼压计(dynamiccontour tonometer,DCT)在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser insitu keratomileusis,LASIK)前和术后眼压测量中的应用价值。

Methods OPA value and intraocular pressure(IOP) were measured with PASCAL dynamic contour tonometer(DCT) in 97 myopia patients with 17 to 40 years old(42 male patients,84 eyes;55 female patients,110 eyes).
方法对97例(194眼)近视患者(年龄17~40岁,男42例84眼,女55例110眼)采用PASCAL动态轮廓眼压计(dynamic contour tonometer,DCT)测量眼压,记录其OPA值及眼压,测量3次求平均值。

AIM:To determine the distributions of intraocular pressure (IOP) and ocular pulse amplitude(OPA) using dynamic contour tonometer(DCT) in myopia population and relationships between IOP and refractive diopter,central corneal thickness and corneal curvature.
目的:初步了解近视眼患者动态轮廓眼压及眼脉动幅度(ocular pulse amplitude,OPA)的分布特征,及该人群动态轮廓眼压计(dynamic contour tonometer,DCT)眼压和屈光度、中央角膜厚度、角膜曲率的相关性。
