Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum iron and folic acid on the patients with anaemia during pregnancy,the effects which anaemia brings about on the total E3 and the occurrence of the prema-ture rupture of membranes.

Results: The present study from 322 cases showed that the morbidity of anemia gravidarum, postpartum hemorrhage, amniotic fluid contamination and perinatal infant death in patients suffering from intrahepatic cholestasisis of pregnancy is higher significantly than normal pregnant women.

Objective To investigate the correlation between mothers with thrombocytopenia in pregnancy and infants with thrombocytopenia to improve standard of medical treatment and nursing of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy.
