方法:本研究以25名HIV-1B/C重组毒株慢性期感染者为研究对象,应用酶联免疫斑点试验(Elispot)测定技术综合测定了针对覆盖HIV-1Pol基因的249条重叠多肽产生γ干扰素的特异性T淋巴细胞免疫反应。

即将半抗-HBS包被于反应极凹孔底部，加入待检血清，如其中含有HBsAg则形成抗原、抗体复合物，再加入用辣根过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶标记的半抗-HBS，形成抗原、抗体及酶标记抗体复合物，当加入底物盐酸苯二胺后，如果HBsAg阳性则显示橙黄色，可用目测或光电比色判定结果。此法敏感度和固相放射免疫法相同，也可用以检测抗-HBS。临床已广泛用于许多疾病的病原学诊断和一些细胞因子的测定。
