[Methods] The adenosine triphospate (ATP)-bioluminescence tumor chemosensitivity assay (ATP-TCA) was used to examine the growth of NACC cells treated with in Guangxi cobra venom different concentration.
方法以不同浓度的眼镜蛇毒作用于NACC细胞,应用三磷酸腺苷-生物荧光肿瘤化疗药物敏感试验法(ATP-TCA法)测定细胞的增殖状态;应用细胞形态学和流式细胞仪观察细胞凋亡。

Sevag method and TCA method were used to remove protein from Porphyra polysaccharide extraction respectively,and effects of different ratios of solvent volume,dosages,treating temperature and time and other main factors on protein removing were studied respectively.
结果表明,Sevag法最佳脱蛋白条件为氯仿∶正丁醇=3∶1,样品:氯仿-正丁醇=3∶1,振荡时间为30 min;三氯乙酸法(TCA法)最佳脱蛋白条件为反应温度80℃、三氯乙酸用量4%、反应时间30 min。

先用乙醇对竹节参粗多糖进行分步醇沉以脱除色素,利用Sevag法、TCA法和木瓜蛋白酶法对其进行脱蛋白,以多糖回收率和蛋白损失率为考察指标,比较三种方法对竹节参粗多糖脱蛋白的效果。
