晚期增生期子宫内膜
在月经周期的第11~14天,相当于卵泡成熟期,在卵泡分泌的雌激素作用下,此时内膜又较前增厚,为2~3mm,腺上皮细胞呈高柱状,腺体仍继续增生,核内分裂象多,腺体更长,并形成弯曲状。间质细胞常呈星形,并相互接合成网状,组织内水肿明显;小动脉继续发育。详见附图。
