增生期子宫内膜
随着卵巢性激素的周期性变化,子宫内膜亦发生周期性变化。子宫内膜的增生期一般发生在月经周期中的第5~14天,相当于卵泡发育和成熟阶段。月经期内膜的脱落逐渐由新增生的内膜代替。约在周期的第5~9天时,在卵泡分泌的雌激素作用下,内膜刚修复但尚薄,腺上皮呈立方形,核圆而位于细胞底部;腺体疏松,管腔狭而直;间质致密,内有较直而壁薄之小动脉向内膜表层生长。约在周期的第10~14天时,内膜逐渐增厚,约达2~3mm,腺体及间质均明显增生,腺体数量增多,腺腔增大且变弯曲。腺上皮细胞呈高柱状,核由底部移至细胞中部。间质致密,细胞由梭形变成星形,间质内小动脉增生延长呈螺旋状卷曲,管腔增大。子宫内膜的生化研究发现,雌激素促使子宫内膜间质细胞产生一种酸性黏多糖,并使其浓缩及聚合,形成间质中的基础物质,对增殖期的子宫内膜的生长起支持作用。
